SIMPLE WAYS TO BE HAPPIER

Sometimes little things can make a difference in your life, they can make you realize that it's not too late to find happiness. You can find it in a; a person, a book , or even a piece of music. 
We try to complicate life way too much and it's not even worth it, those who forget stress and live in the moment enjoy it to the fullest.



Listen to Music 🎶:


Music is used as a treatement in some hospitals in some countries, so it really does relax you and put you in a better mood, it's okay to listen to music others don't agree on. As long as you enjoy it and feel it, other's judgments won't matter. When you listen to it, clear your mind and feel it with your whole body, and mumble the lyrics as well. Enjoy it to the fullest, whenever you feel blue.


Spread Love 💖: 


As we all know love brought dead people back to life, 
Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength; loving someone deeply gives you courage. Both giving and receiving the truest form of love will make you feel on top of the world and nothing less.
Love can come in all shapes and sizes, try to hug your mom, or say I love you to your love partner, try to express your feelings and avoid keeping it inside.



Watch your favourite Movie 🎬:


We can all agree that bingewatching your favourite movie , can for sure put you in a better mood. Create a cozy atmosphere, some pillows, snacks, and a coffee and you're ready to enjoy your movie. 
The feeling of seeing your favourite movies after a long tiring day is undiscribable, I always thought that movies can make your life much better.


Do Yoga (Maditation) 🧘‍♀️:


When I'm angry or stressed I would highly recommand doing Yoga, put some realxing playlist for like half and hour, clear your mind, and take a deep breath.
I used to go to a guru to do Yoga, and it helped me a lot, I have never thought it would help me but if you start to believe, it certainly will.
By clearing your mind, you will be able to get rid of the stress and life routine...

Food 🍕:


Whatever the issue is how small or how big it is, food will always fix it right away. If you had a breakdown, go cook some pasta or even order a pizza. Believe me, this will let forget you whatever bad happened to you in that day.
Food will always be there for you, no matter happens for me it's comfort...




Get rid of Social Media 📴 :




 Sometimes social media can be a dark place, it can get really toxic. Especially, when you feel down and you see others happy you, will feel even sadder.
I say; delete all those apps, because you control them not the other way around. And try to enjoy your real life more...


Don't forget that if you want to be happy, you can and you'll be. These are just some tips to help that's all.
