Skin Care



So as a lot of you know, we live in a world with bad environment. So the least we can do is to protect ourselves, from the damages.
And a glowy skin nowadays, is a hard thing to get. But if we follow these steps, some patience and a looot of money we will get there.
okay let's start with what to do...
1) Drink Water:

Drinking water is an important step to have a glowy skin, it doesn't matter if it is summer or winter, hot or cold. Always drink water.



2) Moistrizer! :


Whether you have dry or oily skin, you have to moisturize once a day. I recommand to do it twice; The first in the morning before you leave your house, and the last after you take your make-up off after a long tiring day.



3) Face mask is a MUST:

As you all know how beauty influencers have too much hype for face masks when it comes to skin care. South Korean people for instance do face masks everyday, it's part of their daily skincare routine. Their skin speaks for itslef, it's clear and well hydrated ( Flawless!!!)



Even if you're on a budget, and cannot afford bying face masks, you can make yours at home. Just put a little effort and search online, about what mask suits your skin type and you're done. It's better to do it once a week, and mostly after the shower, because your pores are still open. Try to remove the mask with round soft cottons, along with warm water. And that's it 

What to avoid!!
1) Avoid Fried Food!!!


Fried food can make your skin breakout in a blink of an eye, whether it was fast food or homemade. The oil makes your skin care efforts go down hill. 
I recommand to eat fresh vegetables and fruit instead, and try to cook your food oil-free!


2) Don't drink too much coffee:

I personally love cofffee, but sadly caffeine is not that good for my skin(It makes it dryyy). Everytime I notice a skin breakage my mom tells me, it's because of the coffee. I searched it online and it's true. 


3) Stay away from Dairy: 

A lot of celebrities do a non dairy diet, because dairy breaks and damages our skin. Especially, if we like cheese a lot, and drink milk more than once day, not only milk but also recotta, creamcheese , heavy milk....


A cup of milk a day is more than enough, but those who love cheese try to not eat it more than 3 times a week. Avoid putting more than one dairy product in a dish.

New fun things you sould try this year



I was never that type of person that says; Oh this year I'm going to be trying bunch of new stuff.! Because you just have to do as much fun things as you can, every single day of your life. I know it's a little out there but you only live once and sadly daily routine made us forget how it's like to be fun anymore.



So I say after you read this blog, you take your journal, or even a piece of paper and write down these things that you should do to make each day counts. They may seem a little bit silly, but trust me you just have to try.



Let's start with physical things...

1) Go to your favourite artist concert:


I went to couple of concerts in my life, but I don't think I achived my dream by going to my ultimate favourite international artist. That I memorize every song of his/her, or cheer with the lightstick in my hand or wait a whole night outside the satge so I can get a good place in the concert. It's always been my dream to go to a Kpop concert, in a tour whether it is Twice, Red Velvet or even BTS.




2) Go see a Movie Premiere:

Me personally adore movies, I enjoy both Hollywood and Bollywood movies, and I'm even open to Turkish cinema and Korean too. So whenever trailer comes out, I wait like for a month or two to see the film. It's always have been a dream of mine to go to a Movie Premiere to see the cast, get their otograph and take pictures too; To live an entire experience.



3)Go camping:


As all ofyou know, how camping can be so much fun. Sadly I never had the opportunity to go camping in any season whatsoever. As a person , I don't get scared from nature or sleeping in a forest, I love exploring and getting to know that side of the world. I know that camping isn't just setting fire, and eating marshmellows on sticks.



It's a self-reliance experience that makes you face your fears, so if you have the chance to go camping; whether it is with friends or even people you don't know, cause that will be another chance to meet new accquiantances.

Now to more emotional and sensational things...

4)Go for an early morning stroll on a quiet street: 



Life be can very stessful, it can be caused by our studies, family issues or even our inner problems. Each one of deal with struggle, every morning you wake up and you say" Oh shit here we go again!". 




I suggest to relief ourselves a bit, is to go for a walk in the early morning, when the street is empty, I did it many times and it's so relaxing. Especially when, the morning breeze hits you softly along with your hands in your pockets and your head is completly empty. It makes you forget, all of your stress and clears your mind.

5) Sit in a rooftop:


I love rooftops, they make me feel so peaceful and cozy. The atmosphere created by rooftops is indescribable, imagine yourself sitting on top of a cloud watching poeple down living their lives, a mother who's walking next to her child, a couple holding hands thiking about the future or a little cat chasing a rat...
Look up to the sky and you'll feel the peace inside you, best feeling in the whole.


1)Enjoy the drops of the Rain:

Apparently not everyone is a fan of the Rain, especially girls, it ruins our hair and makeup. It causes us cold, and flew. 

However, we must see its bright side, Rain is more symblic than anything else in the world, I remember a quote "Every drop touches your face, goes to your heart". Why would we have to worry about our clothes getting wet, or our makeup to be ruined. Just enjoy the rain, let the drops reach your soul and feel peaceful.

If you're depressed read this...



Since you're reading this blog, it means you're not feeling alright and knowing you've clicked this to feel better is already a step forward to happiness. I see you're trying your best, at least you're trying, right? This is what mostly makes me proud of you. We were all born to be someone in this world, we can all do something to make the difference. Don't waste your chances, you're important too.




My life is really falling apart right now. I try to be happy and sweet to everyone, but people just use it to hurt me more. If I tell my parents they won’t listen, they would just say that I’m young and that these are my little stories. When I came here I feel so much better, I don’t have to cry myself to sleep knowing that when I wake up tomorrow, nothing will change. I understand that people have it much worse than me, but I still need at least some love and support.





I feel so alone, and feel like I can’t talk with someone, because whoever I try to talk to won’t listen. So if you are having a bad day, just know there are people out there thinking to kill themselves. And to people that are considering suicide, please don’t. It might seem like things are falling apart rn, but it will get a lot better I promise. I love everyone on here be strong...




Depression is a serious thing. Even people who you think are the happiest really aren’t. They just hide it because they feel like they’re not important enough for people to be concerned about. At the same time they want attention and love and affection. It’s a mix of emotions. You never know what people come home to or how they really feel on the inside. When you’re younger and people tell you “treat others the way you want to be treated” it’s true, you should. Because giving them a compliment or standing up for them might be the only good part of their day.

Top Bollywood Albums in 2019

Hello everyone! Ihope you're having a great day, whenever you are and whatever you're doing...
In this blog I'll be talking about my top 5 Bollywood albums that i've been obsessed with in 2019, and constantly listening to. These albums were on my everyday playlist, on my way to college in the morning, or when I feel pressured in the metro, or even when I'm alone in my home.




These albums may not be very famous, because the movies weren't a huge hit but for me the song were a masterpiece.!

5- Kismat Konnection:



This movie is an indian version of the hollywood movie "Just my luck". The songs are very well done, everytime I listen to them I like them even more.And every time I hear Atif Aslam 's voice I have goospumps 🤷‍♀️ So my top 3 songs from this album are:

2)Is This Love?
1)Bakhuda Tumhi Ho 💕💕💕

4- Jab We Met:

Okay okay , this movie speaks for itself. It's so famous in India and in the world especially for us Arab Nation. It's fuuny, dramatic and mostly romantic, and what makes it even better is the album is amazing, the ongs were fun and upbeat, but also sad and touching.

Believe me you need this album in your life!
3- Barfi!

This movie is so good, it's so funny and if you love Charlie Chaplin movies don't even hasitate just go see it. I'm a huge fan of Papon and to hear his song in this beautiful album makes it even better to hear the other songs.

1)Kyon( This one though) 😍

2- Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein: 



This movie might not be as famous as the others mentioned above, but the songs in it were amazingly done . The album is not like any old bollywood, from my prespective its simplicity made it even better

1)Zara Zara( It's the most listened song of me in 2019 ❤)

1- Hasee Toh Phasee:



It was so hard for me to choose my ultimate number one in 2019. But this album all of its songs are beautifully done. You can feel the soft beats in Zehnaseeb along with little sad harmonies in Ishq Bulaava along with ending the movie with Manchaala... Perfection 💕
